What I admire about Niketa is that she doesn’t have a cookie-cutter approach – she would never push down any pre-conceived notions on what works in an application; rather she respected my thoughts and opinions (even if they differed from her) and made sure that I was able to bring out my true authentic self in my application. She brings in a lot of positive energy into the process – in my moments of uncertainty about applying to one of the top b-schools, she encouraged me to apply despite the overwhelming odds and helped me secure an admit.
