Admit Beacon is much more than just a consultant - a friend, a career therapist, and your personal cheerleader…I started my applications quite late,... but the team took a leap of faith & decided to apply to HBS with only 10 days to go!...today I have an Admit from HBS!

- Srishti Samadder
Kellogg, Yale, HBS & Stanford Admits

Admit Beacon understands you inside out—even before starting an application, they knew exactly what parts of my story needed to be highlighted…Their accessibility stood out…I could always trust that they would get back to me when needed…The Admit Beacon knowledge base is another resource that acted as a one-stop shop on school essay advice, research links, etc.

- Vaishnavi Tyagi
   Wharton & Columbia Admits

Before connecting with Admit Beacon, I explored various consultants, but none truly understood my background and work…they helped me handpick the most compelling stories and weave a tightly-knit narrative…Thanks to the Admit Beacon team, I received interview invitations from every college I applied to in Round 1.

- Shantanu Prakash
   Harvard, Columbia & Stanford Admits

Their approach is far from templatised; each narrative aligns with the ethos of the respective school while retaining authenticity…They’re also very receptive to upward feedback and are open to re-think approaches… I ended up receiving offers from Kellogg, CBS (both of which were my top choices), and LBS.

- Anusha Bhagat
   CBS, Kellog & LBS Admits

While I was starting my MBA applications, I got in touch with several lead consultants but it was only Admit Beacon who was interested in my life journey and not just the CV points...AB’s approach is really structured…Their strength in looking into the details and building a strong story out of it is unmatched.

- Nikita Mishra
   CBS, Kellog & LBS Admits

Coming from a non-traditional background…I had doubts about my candidacy…AB goes beyond your archetypical admission consultant, by pushing you to aim higher and making you believe in yourself…Having self-selected myself out of GSB, I owe it to Niketa for nudging me to apply

- Sagar Dalal
Stanford GSB, Wharton, and Kellogg Admits

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

    • We adhere to ethical standards outlined by global organizations like AIGAC. Writing materials on behalf of clients violates both our principles and MBA programs' honor codes. Therefore, we will not write any part of the application.

    • Our knowledge base provides extensive guidance and samples for the Top 20 programs globally. With advance notice, we offer a one-time offline application review. However, we cannot accommodate last-minute reviews for schools outside your coaching agreement. Since we plan and allocate capacity early in the year, we prioritize support for schools selected under the coaching agreement. Applications with earlier deadlines may not be eligible for review.

    • Yes! We maintain a network of alumni and current students who share valuable insights through our webinars and school-specific sessions. We'll connect you with them during the application process as needed.

    • We cannot accommodate coach changes except in extenuating circumstances. Before starting our engagement, we carefully match coaches based on their expertise, industry background, and your career goals. We arrange an initial conversation between you and your coach to establish trust and comfort. Switching coaches mid-service would disrupt the personalized process we've developed.

    • No. Consistency is crucial for crafting a cohesive application strategy. Each coach is selected to align with your overall goals and industry needs, enabling them to build a holistic understanding of your profile. Working with multiple coaches could lead to fragmented insights and diminished results.

    • We provide feedback in two forms:

Asynchronous: Comments on Google Docs, recorded videos explaining changes, or voice notes. We respond within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Synchronous: Zoom video calls. We'll schedule a time within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All conversations are recorded and transcribed.

    • Our editing focuses on building structural coherence, providing creative suggestions for storytelling, and improving language. We won't rewrite or format application components, including essays, recommendations, resumes, endorsements, support letters, or waitlist letters. We aim to return edits within 2 business days.

    • We encourage feedback from your peers and well-wishers and welcome honest discussions about it. Please share external feedback at least 15 days before the deadline. Once a document is finalized and closed, we cannot accommodate further changes. This policy maintains application integrity while giving you flexibility with last-minute input.

    • Niketa works with each candidate on their Resume, School Selection, Career Narrative, and Essay Storyboarding, plus one mock interview. Including offline comments and reviews, Niketa dedicates approximately 40% of the total application effort.

    • While we don't set a strict limit, our structured process typically requires at least four iterations to reach the final version.

    • We create a shared timeline at the start of our engagement. While we ensure timely feedback, meeting deadlines is a shared responsibility. Missed deadlines may limit our ability to refine your materials.

    • Rather than following a fixed schedule, we adapt to each applicant's pace. We schedule calls based on your milestones, new work requirements, and delivered materials.

    • There's no strict limit. While our process typically requires at least four iterations, we collaborate until you're confident your application is polished and impactful. Once we mutually agree the document is complete, we close it. Note that unlimited iterations for document editing and calls aren't feasible.

    • Yes, you can schedule calls in advance with AB team members based on the work plan.

    • No. Quality materials require time and thoughtful effort. We emphasize proactive planning to ensure thorough application development over several weeks.

    • Each team member's coaching hours vary. We'll share their availability and holiday calendar in advance. During peak season (July, August, September, and December), we provide weekend support.

    • Payments can be made through online bank transfers, UPI, credit cards, and Skydo for foreign currency payments.

    • Yes, you can extend your services by adding schools or hours at published rates, subject to coach and capacity availability.

    • Yes! We understand life events may alter your MBA application plans. Our all-inclusive packages for 3, 4, or 5 schools can be used across rounds within the same application year. However, packages cannot be split across different application years.

    • We don't offer refunds or rollovers once service has begun. However, we'll consider exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

    • We consider deferrals only in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, with supporting documentation. Approval is discretionary and not guaranteed.
